01 / WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

One business.
Connected needs.

You might need a website, a stronger visual identity or a better way to handle enquiries. We begin with the problem and agree on a useful, affordable scope.

01Websites & digital presenceA clear home for your business online.

A professional website should explain what you offer, work comfortably on a phone and make the next step obvious. We plan and build focused websites around those essentials.

  • Business websites, landing pages and portfolio sites
  • Page structure, service descriptions and website copy
  • Email, WhatsApp and enquiry journeys
  • Domain, business email and hosting setup
  • Basic search visibility and business listing guidance
  • Website reviews, refreshes and agreed content updates

Ongoing hosting, third-party fees and maintenance are itemised in your quote.

02Brand & content studioMake your message recognisable and easy to understand.

Bring consistency to the way your business looks and speaks. We develop visual concepts and useful content for the channels your customers actually use.

  • Brand direction, logo concepts and identity refinement
  • Flyers, menus, posters and promotional graphics
  • Social content, campaign concepts and copy
  • Product presentation and clearly labelled mockups
  • Promotional video concepts and production planning
  • Company profiles, presentations and business documents

Content, factual claims and final assets are reviewed with you before use. AI-assisted work is reviewed for quality and accuracy.

03Business systems & integrationsGive enquiries and everyday tasks a clearer path.

Small operational problems can create unnecessary work. We map the current process, choose a focused improvement and connect the tools that fit the job.

  • Enquiry and quotation workflows
  • Lead trackers, spreadsheets and simple dashboards
  • Appointment request and follow-up processes
  • Forms, notifications and agreed tool integrations
  • Catalogue and ecommerce planning
  • Documentation, handover and operating guidance

Custom integrations begin with a feasibility check. Payments, messaging charges and paid platforms require a separate cost agreement.

Discuss a workflow
04AI & automation pilotsExplore a specific use before committing to a bigger system.

AI is useful when its purpose, limits and costs are clear. We help identify suitable tasks, assess options and develop bounded demonstrations or pilots with human review.

  • AI opportunity and workflow assessments
  • Prompt and knowledge organisation
  • Local AI setup and model suitability checks
  • Small automation proofs of concept
  • Agent workflow planning and permission boundaries
  • Pilot evaluation, cost estimates and next-step recommendations

A prototype is evaluated before live use. Hosted AI, voice assistants and ongoing model usage are separately scoped projects.

05Technical setup & supportGet the foundations in order.

Practical assistance with the software, devices and digital tools that support your work. We assess the situation and explain the options in everyday language.

  • Business email and everyday software setup
  • Mac and Linux setup guidance
  • Development tools and local AI environments
  • Basic connectivity and configuration troubleshooting
  • File organisation and backup planning
  • Technical readiness checks and documentation

Support scope, access needs and delivery arrangements are agreed first. Hardware repairs and specialist incident response are outside this general support offer.

Discuss technical support
06Training & practical guidanceUnderstand the tools you use.

Patient, practical support for people learning technology. The focus is on understanding, trying the task and building the confidence to continue.

  • Beginner computer and operating system guidance
  • Digital tools for small-business owners
  • Free introductory AI basics short course
  • Practical learning tasks and a short skills assessment
  • Student support through the Axiom Nexus workstream
  • Guided handover of the systems we build

Our introductory AI short course is free, including its short assessment and an Axiom Core-issued certificate for learners who complete the course and assessment. This certificate is non-accredited and is not a nationally or internationally recognised qualification.

07Business registration assistanceHelp with registering your business in South Africa.

We help you understand and work through the CIPC business registration process, with practical administrative guidance from preparation to submission.

  • Guidance on the registration steps and information needed
  • Assistance preparing and submitting your application
  • Help understanding application updates and next steps

Axiom Core provides independent assistance and is not CIPC. CIPC fees and our assistance fee are explained separately before work begins. Registration decisions and processing times remain with CIPC. Please do not send identity documents through this enquiry form.

08Basic penetration testingUnderstand security weaknesses in your website or application.

Focused security testing for websites and applications, with an agreed scope and practical advice on addressing the issues found.

  • Agree the systems, testing boundaries and schedule
  • Check for common vulnerabilities within the agreed scope
  • Provide a findings report with prioritised recommendations

Testing requires written authorisation from the system owner. A basic assessment covers the agreed scope and does not guarantee that every vulnerability will be found or provide security certification.

04 / THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WORK

A founder.
A connected way
of thinking.

Axiom Core is led by Moloko Mokgobu, known as Mo—a South African founder working across systems integration, creative production and practical technology.

The studio brings those disciplines together around real needs: how a business presents itself, how people make contact and how the work gets done behind the scenes.

Our approach starts with the fundamentals. Understand the problem. Make the choices visible. Build within the agreed scope. Check the result.

ClarityPlain language and visible choices.
CareAttention to the people using the work.
ResourcefulnessA sensible use of time, tools and budget.

Based in Gauteng, South Africa · Delivery arrangements agreed per project.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we begin.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. Bring the business problem or the idea. We can begin by clarifying it and proposing a manageable next step.

Can we start small and add more later?

Yes. A focused website or one workflow improvement can be a sensible first engagement. Later work gets its own scope and cost agreement.

How does pricing work?

We quote after understanding the work. Design and implementation, hosting, domain renewals, maintenance and any paid tool usage are explained separately. Our introductory AI basics short course is free; other services are quoted for the agreed scope.

Will I understand and control what is built?

Ownership, account access, handover and ongoing responsibilities are agreed before work begins. We aim to make the setup understandable and document the parts you need to manage.

Is the free AI course certificate accredited?

No. The introductory short course includes a short assessment and a certificate issued by Axiom Core. It is non-accredited and is not a nationally or internationally recognised qualification. The course, assessment and certificate are free. Ask about the free AI basics course.

Does every project need AI?

No. A clear page, a reliable contact path or a well-organised process may be sufficient. AI is considered when it serves a specific purpose and its costs and limits make sense.

What does the launch offer from R2,000 actually include?

It covers a scoped business website for an existing business: planning and development, a responsive mobile-friendly build, deployment and launch, a .co.za domain and hosting for the first 12 months where available under the selected hosting arrangement, SSL/HTTPS, one business email mailbox, an email and WhatsApp enquiry journey, basic search-engine foundations, a basic authorised website security check and one reasonable revision round within the agreed scope. It is a defined-scope website, not unlimited development, and larger requirements are quoted separately. Ask about Business Online.

We are not registered yet. How does the R2,500 option work?

Business Launch includes everything in Business Online, plus assistance with CIPC company registration, company tax-reference confirmation or appropriate SARS eFiling assistance, B-BBEE documentation assistance where applicable, and business-bank-account application assistance. Axiom Core provides assistance only and cannot guarantee company-name approval, SARS outcomes, B-BBEE eligibility or bank-account approval. Banks retain KYC and approval authority. Ask about Business Launch.

What happens after the first year?

The campaign runs through 28 February 2027, and the advertised “from” price applies to the defined base scope. Domain and hosting inclusion covers the first 12 months. Renewal pricing after the first year is disclosed before renewal and may reflect then-current provider costs. You retain appropriate ownership and control of your business domain and account, and identity, OTP, banking and other controlled verification steps are completed directly by you.
